Terms & Conditions
- RM 250.00 will be deducted from the Security Deposit in the event the program date is cancelled.
- Additional fee of RM 250.00 will be charged if the program date is changed to another date. However, this is subject to the new date being available.
- The remaining outstanding amount is payable 1 month before the program date. The booking date will be cancelled otherwise.
- Upon successful completion of the program, the Security Deposit will be refunded 1 week. Any damages or repairs cost incurred due to the program will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The original receipt is required for Security Deposit refund.
- Priest, Melam & Nadeswaram, Banana Tree & Thoranam will be arranged by the Temple and external parties are prohibited.
- Program organisers must undertake to ensure that the program does not cause any disturbance to the Temple proceedings.
- Only vegetarian food is allowed to be served.
- The Temple recommends the usage of bio-degradable plates / cups for food servings as an on-going effort to protect the environment.
- Food caterers should be responsible to dispose any plastic cutleries used for food servings / wastage. Failure to do so will result in deduction of RM 100.00 from Security Deposit.
- Fire crackers and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Indecent video filming / photography are strictly prohibited.
- Marriage registration service is available only for marriages being held in this temple and will be performed on the marriage day only. Request for marriage registration on any other day will not be entertained.
- Organisers should strictly abide to the program booking duration agreed with the temple.
